Youth and Mature Adults will live together , work together and assist each other. This inter-generational contact will become the norm in our community.
The purpose of The Foundation is to fulfill the vision of God and provide a framework where all ages learn from each other by living , giving and working together.

Meet The Board Of Directors

Minister Wanda Lofton
To God be all the Glory! In Memory of sons James and William, The James and William Lofton Foundation was established in 2013. Founder, Minister Wanda Lofton is mother to 3 wonderful sons, of which one son, Gerald Lofton, Sr. is a successful Pharmacist who currently lives in Florida and has 6 children. She is Minister in Charge of Destiny Church for All Nations in Washington, DC under the leadership of Senior Pastor
Dr. Adebo Tomomewo. She is happily retired after a career of 33 years in the Rail industry and with the strength of the Lord will continue to do what He has purposed.

Sister Beverly J. Vinston
Beverly J. Vinston is Secretary / Treasurer for The James and William Lofton Foundation.
She has been in the administrative field for over 40 years and is an Amtrak retiree. In addition to her position with The Foundation, Beverly is also Secretary for the Virtuous Women Love Ministry and Worship Leader at Destiny Church for All Nations in Washington DC.

Dr. Joseph Tonning
Chief Encouragement Officer
Dr. Joseph Tonning is a physician in private practice in Washington, DC. He served in the U.S. Public Health Service for 24 years. He enjoys encouraging young people to develop their talents, especially mentoring them to develop an interest in math and science. He has been a member of Embassy Church in DC since 2009.
